Bridge to Public Markets

The Equity Capital Markets Group at ThinkPanmure serves as a bridge to the public markets by overseeing the firm's activities in the primary equity and equity-linked markets. Working in close consultation with our investment banking colleagues, ECM assists in the origination of equity transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, equity-linked convertibles, registered direct offerings and PIPEs. The group manages the structuring, syndication, marketing and distribution of these transactions.
