Mr. Gonsalves serves as the Head of Investment Banking, Co-head of M&A and is a member of the Management Committee at ThinkEquity. He joined ThinkEquity in 2007 and has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Gonsalves served as Managing Director with responsibilities for leading the software, internet and services practices at SVB Alliant, the investment banking affiliate of Silicon Valley Bank. Prior experience included serving as a senior technology banker in the corporate finance and M&A groups of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he served as Co-head of Western U.S. operations for Merrill Lynch's middle market M&A group and Head of the technology M&A practice. Mr. Gonsalves also served in the M&A groups of Robertson Stephens and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Gonsalves earned an M.B.A. with distinction from Santa Clara University.

Doug Brockway

Mr. Brockway serves as a senior member of the Software investment banking team at ThinkEquity. He joined ThinkEquity in 2011 and has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Brockway served as a Managing Director with Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, leading its Software and Healthcare IT investment banking practices. Mr. Brockway previously founded and led SG Cowen's Technology corporate finance group for its Boston office, and also served as a senior investment banker with Alex. Brown. Additional experience included serving as a Managing Director with Innovation Advisors, a technology-focused investment bank, as well as investment banking roles with Salomon Brothers and Whitman Heffernan Rhein & Co. Mr. Brockway earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Dartmouth College.

Joe Dews

Mr. Dews is the Head of ThinkEquity's Cleantech banking practice. Mr. Dews joined ThinkEquity in May 2007 as head of Semiconductor banking, and remains active in the semiconductor franchise. Mr. Dews was previously Managing Director and Head of Global Semiconductor Banking at Needham & Company, Managing Director and Head of Semiconductors and Infrastructure Software at Dain Rauscher Wessels, and Managing Director and Head of Semiconductors and Electronics at CIBC/Oppenheimer. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. Dews was Vice President of Business Development at software company Versata, Inc., and served as a Field Applications Engineer at semiconductor company Cirrus Logic K.K in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Dews graduated with a B.S. in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University in 1988, and speaks fluent Japanese.

Mr. Hoofnagle serves as the Head of ThinkEquity's Communications and Enterprise Datacenter Infrastructure banking practices. Mr. Hoofnagle joined ThinkEquity in 2010 and has more than 15 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Hoofnagle was with RBC Capital Markets, JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers and covered the communications, networking and networked storage industries while at each of these firms. Mr. Hoofnagle was awarded an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from U.C Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.

Warren Jones

Mr. Jones is a Director in the Cleantech banking group with a focus on both energy technologies and related project finance. He joined ThinkEquity in 2009 and brings over 16 years of transaction experience. Previously Mr. Jones was a Vice President with Seven Hills Partners, LLC, where he founded the firm's Cleantech practice, and a Manager with Accenture Technology Ventures. Mr. Jones holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A. from the University of Oxford, and earned a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Jonathan Levy

Mr. Levy is a Managing Director and leads the public sector Private Placement practice that is responsible for advising public companies on their capital needs. Mr. Levy’s responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and distributing privately placed products to institutional clients. Mr. Levy joined ThinkEquity in 2011 and began his investment banking career in 2003 after working several years counseling public and private technology companies as an attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Levy was a managing director at Merriman Curhan & Ford and Earlybird Capital, where he helped elevate the firm to a top issuer in private investments of public entities. Mr. Levy earned an J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.A. in English Literature and Religious Studies from Wesleyan University.

Pooyan Mehdizadeh

Mr. Mehdizadeh is a Managing Director and Co-head of the Semiconductor investment banking practice, as well as a senior member of ThinkEquity's M&A team and serves on the Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to joining ThinkEquity in 2007, Mr. Mehdizadeh was a senior banker at Needham & Company and has more than 11 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Mehdizadeh has successfully represented public and private companies in over 60 completed transaction across the full spectrum of financing and advisory assignments, including acquisitions, exclusive sales, divestitures, spin-offs, take-over defense assignments and cross-border transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mehdizadeh was a Consultant at Accenture plc. Mr. Mehdizadeh received a B.S. in Information and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Roth is a Managing Director at ThinkEquity, where he is responsible for the firm's Private Placement practice as well as industry coverage of the Education Technology sector. Mr. Roth joined ThinkEquity in 2008 and began his investment banking career in 1992 after several years as a management consultant. He joined ThinkEquity from Pagemill Partners, a Silicon Valley mergers and acquisitions advisory boutique. Prior to joining Pagemill, Mr. Roth was a Director with the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group in Palo Alto where he was a member of the Communications investment banking team and had sector banking responsibility for test and measurement companies. Before CSFB, he spent nine years in investment banking and M&A advisory roles at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company in San Francisco. Mr. Roth earned both a M.A. and a B.A. degree from Stanford University.

Mr. Wolfgram joined ThinkEquity from Seven Hills Partners, LLC, which he joined in 2002. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Wolfgram was a Senior Business Development Manager at Inktomi Corporation. Previously, Mr. Wolfgram worked in the Media and Technology investment banking groups at Salomon Smith Barney, and began his banking career at Volpe, Welty & Company. Mr. Wolfgram received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Bryan Dow

Mr. Dow serves as a Vice President in the investment banking group at ThinkEquity. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Dow was an Associate in Needham & Company's investment banking division, where he also served as a Financial Analyst. Prior to Needham, Mr. Dow was a Financial Analyst at an investment advisory and wealth management firm. Bryan has successfully completed over 50 equity financings, debt financings and advisory transactions for growth companies. Mr. Dow holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.

Mr. Mujumdar is a Vice President with ThinkEquity specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Mujumdar joined the firm in 2010 and has significant investment banking experience across various technology sectors, including digital media, software, IT services and semiconductors. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Mr. Mujumdar worked in corporate development at Business.com, the interactive online marketing division of Dex One Corporation. Prior to Dex One, Mr. Mujumdar was a Senior Associate in Lazard's Telecommunications, Media and Technology group in San Francisco where he advised leading multinational public companies in strategic buyside engagements. Previously, Mr. Mujumdar held Associate positions with GCA Savvian and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. Mr. Mujumdar earned an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University.
