ThinkEquity announces new additions to its research team
SAN FRANCISCO, 4 February, 2011 — ThinkEquity LLC — A Panmure Gordon Company, a leading investment banking boutique focused on growth companies and their investors, today announces new senior hires to further enhance its research capability.
Brian Schwartz joins the technology team as a senior research analyst focused on Application Software and Software as a Service (SaaS). Brian was most recently at Piper Jaffray and was previously at Montgomery & Co and RBC Capital Markets. He holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan State.
Sameer Harish joins the health care team as a senior research analyst focused on Medical Devices and Diagnostics. Sameer was previously at Needham, and before that at Symmetry Capital. He has a B.A. in Molecular & Cell Biology from U.C. Berkeley.
