Deborah Quazzo, Co-Founder, President and Head of Banking
Deborah Quazzo is President and the co-founding partner of ThinkPanmure. She heads the Firm's Investment Banking practice. Deborah is a Board member of Panmure Gordon (LON:PMR). Formerly a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co., where she worked from 1987-2001, Deborah founded and headed Merrill Lynch's Global Growth Group. She previously worked at JP Morgan. Deborah serves on The Woman's Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital; the Board of Directors of Marwen, an organization that educates and inspires under-served young people through the visual arts; and the Board of Directors of America's Promise Alliance, a multi-sector collaborative dedicated to the well being of children and youth. Deborah is also the Chicago Campaign Chair of Princeton University's current capital campaign and serves as a trustee of the Illinois Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Deborah graduated cum laude with a BA in history from Princeton University in 1982 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1987.

Gregory L. Wright, Managing Partner and COO
Greg joined ThinkPanmure in January 2006 as a Partner based in the firm's New York office, acting as EVP and Head of Corporate Finance. Greg was formerly a Managing Director in investment banking for Merrill Lynch, where he worked for more than twenty years. He acted as Head of Corporate Finance for Merrill Lynch in London, and, prior to that, as the senior Corporate Finance Officer for the firm's Global Financial Sponsors Group. Greg graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a BA in English Literature and a Certificate in European Cultural Studies.

Rob McClanahan, Partner and Head of Salestrading
Rob joined ThinkPanmure in March of 2002 and is currently a Partner, Head of Salestrading, and on the Executive Committee. He began his career as a Salestrader with Morgan Stanley in 1985. Following his tenure with Morgan Stanley, Rob was at Bear Stearns in Chicago for nearly six years; and later commenced an 8-year association with U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray as a Managing Director in their Institutional Equities Group. Rob attended the University of Minnesota and was a member of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Gold Medal Hockey Team.

John Fitzgibbons, Partner, Head of Wealth Management
John joined ThinkPanmure in February 2005 and is currently a Partner and Head of Wealth Management in the San Francisco office. John spent the past three years working in family office environments directing asset allocation strategies for unique trust and estate vehicles and implementing these plans with independent investment firms. He founded and managed a single client family office and then transitioned into a multi-client family office with Harris myCFO. John had been with Thomas Weisel Partners as a Vice President where he worked with the firm's corporate finance clients developing diversification strategies to solve the needs of concentrated equity holders. Prior to Thomas Weisel Partners, John worked at Montgomery Securities, in the Investment Management Consulting group, developing asset allocation strategies and performing investment manager due diligence. John received a BA in Economics from Amherst College.

Philip Johnston, Partner and Head of Sales
Philip joined ThinkPanmure in September 2005 as a Partner and Head of Sales Trading. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of Sales Trading at First Albany. Prior to that he held Partner and Managing Director titles in Sales Trading at H&Q and Chase H&Q respectively.

Randy Mason, Partner, Director of Research
Randy is a Partner and Director of Research at ThinkPanmure. Previously, he served as a senior sales trader at ThinkPanmure. Prior to ThinkPanmure, Randy was a Partner at Wessels, Arnold & Henderson (WAH), an investment banking boutique focused exclusively on growth stocks. After the sale of WAH to Dain Rauscher, Randy created Bayview Partners, where he served as General Partner. Prior to joining WAH, Randy headed the Lehman Brothers Chicago office. Randy began his institutional sales career at Dain Bosworth in 1990. There he created the first Sales team and pushed to move the entire sales force to a teach approach. Randy received his BA and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Jack Monopoli, Partner and Head of Trading
Jack is a Partner and Head of Trading. Jack has over 12 years of trading experience. Prior to joining ThinkPanmure, Jack worked at Standard Pacific Corp as a block trader, and before that he held a Managing Director position at Thomas Weisel Partners and at Piper Jaffray. Jack graduated with a BS and BA in Finance from Boston University.
